Iron Den Coaching is built to help you reach your goals—whatever they are. Whether you’re training for a race, looking to improve endurance and strength, or simply want a more structured and effective approach to training, the focus is the same: intelligent design, proper recovery, and consistent execution.
Please note: None of the plans include nutrition coaching. While I can provide general nutrition information on how to fuel your workouts, I am not a nutritionist.

Individual Performance Coaching - $125/Month
The Iron Den Individual Performance Coaching provides fully customized training built around your specific goals, schedule, and performance needs. This is a high-touch coaching option for athletes who want detailed oversight, feedback, and accountability. Every program is designed using science-backed principles, informed by your data and adjusted as you progress. This plan is for those who are ready to take their training to the next level. Regardless of your goals, I will create a program to help you accomplish them!

Personalized Running Package - $75/Month
The Iron Den Running Package is designed for athletes who want to improve their running performance through intelligent, structured training. Whether you’re preparing for a race, building a stronger aerobic base, or brand new to running, this program is built to improve running. This plan also works for those who have a strength program or who take fitness classes but want to integrate running into their programming.

Iron Den Daily - $50/Month
The Iron Den Daily is for the person that is ready for consistency and effort but does not need or want individual coaching. New workouts will be available daily with access to the entire week so you can enjoy the workouts on your schedule. Workouts will be scalable to your fitness and intensity level and will vary day to day between easy, moderate, and high efforts. This plan is great for those looking to build strength, aerobic capacity, and continue their fitness journey on their terms.
What you'll get:

7 days of workouts (combination of strength, running, endurance, recovery, and high intensity days). Workouts will range from approximately 30-75 minutes per day.
